HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1:

Start by filling out the registration form below.

STEP 2:

We will contact you after the form has been received to verify it.

You will receive a welcome email outlining details about the first pickup. You will have access to our DryClean App for Android or Apple, this will allow you to check the status of your order, invoices, etc. The welcome email will include username and password for the iDryClean App.

Also, you will be signed for the Frequent Customer Club, you will receive 5% back for every $100 you spent.

New Customer will receive our Dry Clean Bag at no charge at your doorstep with your first delivery.

STEP 3:

Fill up your bag and leave it on your doorstep for our driver to pick-up, you will  notify us by texting your Name and Last name to 214-436-9527 by Closed of Business on Mondays and Fridays.  We will Pickup and Deliver during the day and before Close of Business. Please leave your filled bag at your doorstep no later than 8am on Monday to Friday to avoid any delays.

STEP 4:

You will receive an email notification as soon as we inventory your garments at the store. Garments will be cleaned and returned next delivery day after 5pm, garments pickup on Friday will be returned on Monday after 5pm.
