Terms and Conditions

“We” “us” or “our” means and refers to Vista Ridge Dry Clean Super Center.

“You” or your” means and refers to the owner of the garment and/or the individual in possession of the garment immediately preceding the receipt of the garment by us.

Terms and Conditions: By using our service, you agree and consent to each of the following terms and conditions and you waive any and all rights or claims of damages concerning or arising out of your use of our service:

1) The garments you turn over to us are suitable to be washed in water, on a normal cycle, and dried using heat in a tumble dryer. We are not be responsible for any damage to clothing that is not suitable for this standard laundering process.

2) You understand that all laundering and/or Dry Cleaning processes, regardless of how gentle, cause normal wear and tear on clothing.  We are not and cannot be responsible for any wear and tear of laundry including but not limited to fading, fatiguing, holes, or abrasions. We reserve the right to decline cleaning any garment.  Our receipt or acceptance of a garment for cleaning is neither an actual or constructive statement on whether the garment is suitable for laundering and/or Dry Cleaning or whether or not the garment will experience normal wear and tear on clothing from laundering and/or Dry Cleaning.

4) We are not responsible for garments not in our possession, such as your Laundry/Dry Cleaning garments at any location before we pick it up or after we have dropped at your doorstep.

5) We will inventory all garments once they arrive at the facility to be cleaned. This inventory is final, and we will track your garments carefully to return them to you. However, in the event of loss or damage of any garment received at the store, we will reimburse you up to 5 times the charge per garment.

6) You authorize us to charge you credit card on file when the garments are received and inventoried at the Store.  Prepayment will be required before we can schedule a delivery.

7) Pickup and delivery customers will be charged according to our Pickup and Delivery Pricelist.

8) Minimum of $20 equivalent in garments Pickup is required for each service, $5 fee will be charged when no complying with the minimum requirement.

9) Pick-up and Delivery outside of the scheduled days will have a $10 fee for each.

9) Mail, Web and Competitors Coupons are not redeemable for Pickup and Delivery services.

10) We reserve the right to discontinue the Pickup and Delivery services for specific routes at any time.
